As moms we seem to be constantly searching for balance, but are we searching for the unattainable or is it work/life balance achievable? But here’s the question, who’s definition of balance are we seeking and what does it look like?

I was raised by a stay-at-home mom and the only role models that shaped my perception were the moms portrayed in the 80s sitcoms. And let’s face it, even though TV is NOT real life it does influence how we see the world.
